Renting a plan does not transfer ownership of physical hardware and does not give direct physical control over hosted equipment.

Mining rewards are calculated and credited to the user wallet automatically every 24 hours when available.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 50 USD or the displayed equivalent, unless a different threshold is shown in the dashboard.
Completed blockchain or payment transfers may be difficult or impossible to reverse, so wallet details should be checked carefully before withdrawal.
Before activation, you may request cancellation or refund review, and GetAsic aims to handle the request quickly and fairly.
After activation, refunds are not automatic because hosted capacity may already be provisioned, but special cases may still be reviewed.
Clear service issues, unreasonable activation delay, duplicate payment, or confirmed GetAsic error may qualify for case-by-case review.

The legal entity identified in the contracting-entity disclosure is the party providing the service. The final governing law, competent courts, and any arbitration or mediation process must match that entity’s verified jurisdiction and mandatory consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. Customers should first contact legal@getasic.com so the parties can attempt a documented, good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.
GetAsic may request identity, address, source-of-funds, payment-ownership, wallet-control, or business information when required by law, a payment provider, a risk review, or anti-fraud controls.
Access, activation, settlement, withdrawal, shipment, or refunds may be delayed, restricted, or refused when verification is incomplete or when activity may involve sanctions, money laundering, fraud, stolen funds, abuse, or prohibited conduct.
You may not use the platform from, for, or on behalf of a person or territory subject to applicable sanctions or where the service is unlawful. Availability shown on the website is not a representation that every service is legal in every location.
You must not use GetAsic to conceal beneficial ownership, evade controls, launder value, exploit payment reversals, interfere with systems, or finance unlawful activity.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, displayed prices exclude taxes, duties, withholding, reporting obligations, and professional-advice costs that may apply to you.
